Apple Cider Vinaigrette

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper


Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl and serve. Keeps well in refrigerator for up to one week.
